4. Who we share it with
We use Resend (a transactional email delivery service) to route form submissions to our inbox. Resend processes your name, email, and message on our behalf as a data processor, under Resend's Data Processing Addendum. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.
5. International transfers
We are based in the United States and use Resend, a U.S.-based email provider, to deliver form submissions to our inbox. If you're contacting us from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the United States.
6. How long we keep it
If your enquiry doesn't turn into a project, we delete your form submission after 24 months of inactivity. If you become a client, we retain your details for as long as our contract requires, plus any period needed to meet legal or accounting obligations.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to: give you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details in Section 10 — we'll respond promptly. If you're located in the EU/UK, you also have rights to restrict or object to our use of your data, and can complain to your local data protection authority if you're unhappy with our response.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the data you send us, including using a reputable third-party processor (Resend) for email delivery rather than storing submissions ourselves.
9. Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
